Q: What are the dues at lost lake resort and what do they cover?
A: 750 per year water, sewer, garbage, common area maint, front gate employees, security
Q: What expenses can I expect to pay outside of the yearly dues.
Power , which is billed at residential PSE rates plus a 10 dollar per month fee for system maintenance. Cable and internet, which is billed at $20 a month for the package and only charged while staying at the park. Fishing, which is $5 for a day permit or $100 per year, we pay almost 2 dollars a pound for stocking the lake. Boat rental is cheap but we think its fair for people who use the boats to help replace the boats as needed..
Q: If I own the lot can I live on it full time?
A: No. We are trying to keep this facility resort like and prevent it from becoming a low income housing project. As a result we have stipulated that owners stay no more than a cumulative of 180 days per calendar year.
Q: Can someone else use my rv site or park model while Im away?
A: Yes. you may rent your RV site or park model, but all rentals need prior approval of the association management, can be no longer than six months and tenants must be provided a copy of the CC&Rs and abide by them.
Q: Do Park Model lot prices include a Park Model?
A: No. Park Model prices range from $30,000 to $90,000 dollars.
Q: If I buy a lot how would I go about selling it?
A: You can sell your lot like you would any other peice of real estate and there is no need to get permission to sell your lot or pay a fee to the developer.
